Hori-Drain is a pocket style Prefabricated Horizontal Drain (PHD) that improves soft ground. It is made of a mechanically strong PP core and a nonwoven filter jacket that is specialized for soil improvement and drainage works. Hori-Drain expedites soil consolidation by facilitating rapid drainage of pore water discharged through vertical drains installed in soft ground.
Horizontal Drain can be used for replacing the horizontal drainage layer of natural materials such as sand or gravel in soil improvement works and various drainage applications.
